Who can sign up?

Any landlord who has a rental property in central or southwest London.


What do I do if my property is let & managed through another agency?

We can take over the management of your rental interest at any stage of a tenancy, whether it be from the beginning or midterm.

If your property is currently let by another agent we can still manage the property for you.  You are only bound to that agent though the lettings service, you can terminate the management at any time (check your terms and conditions to see how much notice you need to give).

If Elsbeth has let the property for you she can handle all aspects of the let as well as the management from start to finish.

What do you charge?

Management Service (long let) 5% + VAT of the rental income

Management Service (short let) 6% + VAT of the rental income

Vacant Management service £150.00 + VAT

All fees are payable monthly, no up-front bulk payments
